These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the services provided by Touch of Life 1015 (“we,” “our,” or “us”), located at 246 Robert C. Daniel, Jr Pkwy, Augusta, GA 30909. By accessing our website, scheduling services, or receiving testing through our agency, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Services Provided

Touch of Life 1015 offers mobile and in-office services for DNA testing, DOT and non-DOT drug testing, and fingerprinting. Services may be used for personal, legal, or workplace purposes. We reserve the right to refuse service if proper identification is not provided or if client behavior compromises safety or compliance.

2. Appointment and Payment Policy

All appointments must be scheduled in advance unless walk-in availability is specifically stated. Payment is due at the time of booking or at the time of service. We accept major credit/debit cards, electronic payments, and cash. No testing will be performed without confirmed payment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a partial refund, minus a $25 administrative fee, provided no specimen has been collected or shipped. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Same-day appointments are non-refundable once booked. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed back to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days.

4. Result Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times vary by service. DNA testing typically returns in 2–5 business days, while drug testing results may take 1–3 business days depending on the test type and lab. Fingerprinting results are subject to the processing time of the receiving agency. Touch of Life 1015 is not responsible for delays caused by partner labs, shipping carriers, or third-party systems.

5. Inconclusive Results

In rare cases, testing may produce inconclusive or invalid results due to sample quality, biological factors, or uncontrollable conditions. Inconclusive results do not qualify for a refund. If no error occurred on our behalf, a discounted retest may be offered. Clients will be informed of next steps promptly.

6. Legal and Privacy Compliance

We follow HIPAA standards for the protection of client health information and maintain strict confidentiality of all testing-related data. Test results will only be released to the tested party or a legally authorized individual unless otherwise required by law.

7. Identification Requirements

All clients must present valid government-issued photo identification at the time of service. Failure to provide proper ID will result in appointment cancellation without refund.

8. Use of Results

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the results obtained through our services meet the requirements of the intended legal, medical, or employment entity. Touch of Life 1015 does not provide legal advice or guarantees of acceptance by third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, graphics, and service descriptions, is the property of Touch of Life 1015 and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Touch of Life 1015 shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including reliance on test results for legal or personal decisions. Our liability, if any, is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
